If you mention the word outsourcing to someone their first reaction is probably shipping jobs off to Philippines or India. Right up front I’m going to tell you this doesn’t have to be the case.

But first, who am I and why should you listen to me? My name is James Mackay and I live in sunny Brisbane, Australia. I’ve been outsourcing all sorts of jobs for about 7 years. Over that time I’ve learnt all sorts of lessons. The good news is I’ve started a few businesses and had some great successes.

I’m not even kidding when I tell you this but almost every day someone asks me about outsourcing. Why? How? When? I get asked so often that I figured I should make a course to impart my knowledge. So here it is: the Outsourcing 101 Course Podcast. I hope you not only enjoy the Outsourcing 101 Course Podcast but that you get lots of useful information. Don’t forget, there’s a free Outsourcing 101 Video Course too.

So, let’s talk about what outsourcing is. If you have a man come to clean your house, you’re outsourcing. A lady mows your lawn? Outsourcing.

In this, the Free Outsourcing 101 Course, we’ll be referring to outsourcing as the process of having someone else do a job that you can’t – and that person could be down the street or on the other side of the world.

Of course, both have advantages and over this Outsourcing 101 Course you’ll learn all about destinations. In fact, let’s talk a minute about what you will learn:

We’re going to cover getting started, how to choose the right staff, what to do when things don’t work out, and then we’ll move to saving money with outsourcing and even how to make money from getting other people to work for you.

I appreciate the effort you’ve made to listen to this podcast season and I’ll do my best to answer all the possible different questions you might have. I also give examples and offer case studies to show how certain things work.
